Overview

If you purchased tires from a participating Big O, Tire Kingdom, or National Tire & Battery location, and that purchase qualified you to participate in a Gas Redemption Program sponsored by that Big O, Tire Kingdom, or National Tire & Battery location and you did not receive the benefits as promoted in the Program, you may be entitled to receive benefits in a Class Action Settlement.

Eligible consumers are those who purchased qualifying tires from a (i) Big O location from November 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008, (ii) Tire Kingdom location from July 1, 2008 through November 30, 2008, or (iii) National Tire & Battery location from July 1, 2008 through August 31, 2008 and whose purchase qualified them to participate in the Gas Redemption Program. Excluded are employees (and their immediate family members) of Big O, Tire Kingdom, and National Tire & Battery.

Fairness Hearing

The Court will hold a Fairness Hearing on August 11, 2010 at 1:30pm in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, to consider whether the Settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate.

• Submit a Claim
  The deadline to submit a Proof of Claim is August 21, 2010. You may submit the Proof of Claims via mail or email as a pdf attachment to claims_administrator@tbccorp.com

• Opt Out
  The deadline to opt out is July 12, 2010

• File an Objection
  The deadline to file an objection with the Court is July 12, 2010

• Do Nothing
  Forfeit any rights to any benefits under this settlement
